Servane Barrau Designs cares deeply about the safety of our customers. CPSIA regulations require our Kokeshi doll friend to be securely attached to the garment on clothing items under size 3 years old, so it is sewn around the edges. The hanging Kokeshi doll is a small part, not suitable for children under 3 yrs due to potential choking hazard. For sizes 4 years and up, the Kokeshi doll friend will be hanging as shown in the photos.
