Attaches to a 1/2 inch headband woven with 1/4 inch black grosgrain ribbon. The bow is made from 7/8 inch wide the bottom bow (black) is 3 3/4 inches long and is placed slightly on the side of the headband so the end is centered on top of the headband. The circumference of the headband is 9 inches.
