Our goal is to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your delivery charges will depend on the value of your order and which method you choose to ship. Please see the chart below for our guidelines:

Standard Delivery
Allow 2 weeks to have your order shipped. We don't have any stock and all our items are carefully handmade for each customer. After the construction delay, orders will arrive within 5 – 10 business days (Monday – Friday not including Holidays or weekends).
Express Shipping
For additional charges, your order can be expedited through our studio for express shipping. Allow 1 week to have your order shipped. We don't have any stock and all our items are carefully handmade for each customer. After the construction delay, orders will arrive within 2 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday not including Holidays or weekends).
Shipping Carriers
We use Canada Post for most shipments but will use Fedex or UPS when deemed necessary.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship everywhere in the World.

Forms of Payment
At this time, we gladly accept payment by Paypal. Though your Paypal account you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment for the order is in U.S. funds.
Returns & Exchange
Due to the nature of the items we don't accept returns. But we gladly accept exchange on the following basis. Servane Barrau is an ONE OF A KIND design, and we trust you understand our slight irregularities, as they are not considered a reason for exchange. We are certain you will be delighted with your Servane Barrau purchase.
- Purchased within 30 days from THE ONLINE STORE (The private custom order is a final sale.)
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed and have all original attached tags.
- Damage

Include in your shipment your original invoice and the reason of the exchange.
Customers worldwide should use an insured mail service, we cannot be responsible for items which we do not receive. Shipping fees involved in making a return will be at the customer charge. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. International customers should contact their local customs office for the return of duties and taxes.
NOTE: We DO NOT accept exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date - only those items purchased directly through this online store are eligible for return or exchange.
Holiday Exchange Policies
Orders placed between November 1st and December 24th will be accepted for exchange through January 25th of the following year. Please refer to the normal exchange policy above for terms and guidelines.
Sale Product
Due to the high popularity and great value of these styles, availability is not guaranteed. If a style you order becomes sold out, you will receive a notification via e-mail. All sales are final for the discounted products and are not include in the exchange policies.
Price Adjustments
We are sorry but we don't do price adjustment. We would suggest you to be on our mailing-list to be aware of all our sales and deals.
Sales Tax
By law, we are required to collect and remit sales tax for any orders shipped to Quebec and Canada. * 13% of taxes on the order if you are a residant from Quebec. * 5% of taxes on the order if you are a residant from the rest of the Canada.
