How do I place an order?
Ordering online at servanebarrau.com is easy. From the product pages, simply select the size and quantity of the item you would like and click Add to Bag. Once you are finished shopping, click on the View Cart link at the top right hand corner of the page to review your items, then click Checkout to begin the Checkout process.
How does real time inventory work?
Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page. It is important to know that your shopping bag will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the Checkout process is complete. On occasion, items in your shopping bag can become "Out of Stock" before the Checkout process is complete. If this occurs we will refund you the overcharge after completing your order in our administration. This usually occurs on items, such as sale merchandise, with low inventory levels of only 1 or 2 units.
What size is the right size?
Select the right size using our size chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit. Important information for 2012 : we have tried really hard to grade up this upcoming season so you should find that our sizes are more generous than usual. The feedback on the range last winter 2011 was that some people were buying up a size. We really listened to that feedback and feel that you should buy 'true' to size for all our upcoming lines. Thank you as ever for your feedback, we really do listen as you'll see.
What forms of payment do you accept at the Servane Barrau Designs e-store?
We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover/Novus, and Paypal payment. You must be at least 18 years old to order. We do not accept money orders, cash, or checks for orders placed online.If you want to pay by canadian check or international money order, please use our printable order form.
Is my credit card secure?
The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. For instance, when credit card information is transmitted, we use the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. How quickly will my order be processed?
All domestic orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon), Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Standard delivery shipping takes 2 - 6 business days after order processing. Orders going to US addresses are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail and may take up to 15 business days for delivery. Rush delivery and Next Day delivery are also available to most addresses. For shipment options and information regarding international shipping please check at the table below :
Prices, Duties & Taxes
Prices on servanebarrau.com are in canadian dollars and we only accept payment in canadian dollars. Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the shipment destination. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.
Sales Tax
By law, we are required to collect and remit sales tax for any orders shipped to Quebec and Canada.
* 15% of taxes on the order if you are a resident from Quebec.
* 5.5% of taxes on the order if you are a resident from the rest of the Canada.
Returns & Exchange
We trust you are delighted with your purchase from Servane Barrau e-store. If for any reason you are not, we will promptly exchange or provide a merchandise credit for any returned item. Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed, unworn, tagged and in their original and complete packaging. To mail in your return, complete the Return Mail Form (on the bottom half of the packing slip), including "Quantity Returned" and "Reason Code" and enclose it with your merchandise. Customers worldwide should use an insured mail service, we cannot be responsible for items which we do not receive. Shipping and processing fees involved in making a return to the Servane Barrau e-store will not be reimbursed. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. International customers should contact their local customs office for the return of duties and taxes. For the U.S. and International customers, all returns made through UPS and Fedex will be subject to a $35 brockerage fees and the duties for the entrance in the Canadian territory. We invite you to ship your returns and exchanges by USPS or your local Country Post to avoid these fees. NOTE: We do not accept exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date - only those items purchased directly through the Servane Barrau online store are eligible for return or exchange.

Holiday Exchange Policies
Orders placed between November 15th and December 24th will be accepted for exchange through January 25th of the following year. Please refer to the normal exchange policy above for terms and guidelines.
Sale Product
Due to the high popularity and great value of these styles, availability is not guaranteed. If a style you order becomes sold out, you will receive a notification via e-mail. All sales are final for the discounted products and are not include in the exchange policies.
Price Adjustments
We are sorry but we don't do price adjustment. We would suggest you to be on our mailing-list to be aware of all our sales and deals. At this time, once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, updated or changed.
